About Karen Polanco

Karen Denise Polanco, a native of El Paso, Texas, brings over 17 years of hospitality experience to her real estate career. A Hanks High School alumna, she studied Business and Travel and Tourism at UT Arlington.

Karen's impressive hospitality tenure includes key roles in Sales, Marketing, and Operations at Marriott Hotels (10 years), Hilton (3 years), and Wyndham Hotels (3 years). She successfully launched three boutique hotels from the ground up.

Transitioning to real estate in 2011, Karen has worked with Century 21 The Edge, Majestic Realtors, Bella Homes, and Keller Williams. For the past three years, she has led Team Haus at Home Pros Real Estate Group, overseeing a team of four agents.

Karen's vision is to blend her hospitality management expertise with real estate, forming a team that epitomizes hospitality. Her strategy focuses on continuous marketing, diligent follow-up, deep business acumen, and exceptional customer service, driving her ongoing success in the real estate industry.
